2020. somewhere in Europe
A decade ago, we had Mortgage generation. Families tied to a mortgage for more than 30 years (they also have to pass it on to their descendants). But after the crack of 2015 they have to change their minds and mortgages have been replaced by rents and leases.
It’s no longer usual to buy houses, people had discovered advantages of renting for a short periods of time, and now they feel free to move geographically. In fact, it was very difficult years ago to persuade people to accept new jobs far from their current home.
Today, the economic policies of the government have changed and now building industries aren’t anymore the main drivers of local economy. Other subjects like trade and information are considered instead. In short, the older Mortgage generation has become in 2020 the Rent generation.

La suposada catalanitat del Bar$a ha quedat retratada en els dos darrers dies: guanyador del concurs d’arquitectura per la reforma del camp i dos catalans i nou estrangers en el partidillu de la Champions…D’altra banda tan que s’omplen la boca amb les seleccions i el torneig que hauria de representar l’orgull del país (Copa Catalunya) no li fot cas ningú…
Aquesta nit no podia dormir. Voltes i m++–s voltes al llit de 2m x 1.50. Rebufades. Engego la r++-+dio amb l++G+-+G++auricular. Els del Larguero parlen de pol++–tica i esport: de la candidatura del ex-futbolista George Weah a les eleccions a la presid++–+ncia al seu pa++–s Lib++–+ria, a un altre emissora truca gent per explicar hist++–ries d++G+-+G++animals. Buf.
Pel mat++– em pregunten: per qu++–+ no podies dormir? Massa caf++–? Exc++–s de feina? Responc: no, res d++G+-+G++aix++–. Estic preocupat per l++G+-+G++Estatut!!!!
* Evidentment, ++–s ci++–+ncia ficci++–. A mi (com al 99% de la gent d++G+-+G++aquest pa++–s) aix++– de l++G+-+G++estatut no ens treu la son (ni la gana).
